What Matters Most:
- 2+ years of experience in vehicle or motorcycle sales strongly preferred

In this Sales Associate role, you’ll follow a well-defined process to sell big-ticket items and become a confident ambassador for this classic American brand over time. We’re looking for someone with great people skills including strong verbal and written communication abilities. You’ll talk with potential riders on a daily basis and build long-term relationships that will not only increase referral business, but boost your compensation in the long run. You should feel in your element selling high-end items that usually require financing and look to follow-up with potential riders even if they’re not immediately committed to a purchase. This is a full-time position, which means weekend hours are typically required. Don’t fret – there’s high earnings potential and growth within the dealership.
