What Matters Most:
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in a leadership role

Your New Role:

As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager, you’ll lead a global total rewards team to design and further develop company compensation programs. To make sure the company stays competitive, you’ll review global market data alongside your team and counsel the Senior VP of Human Resources on trends in compensation and benefits programs. In addition, you’ll help with a global HRIS conversion that’s in the works. As an integral member of this team, they’ll rely on your analytical mind and follow-through to keep everything on track.
