What Matters Most:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in HR
- Experience with employee relations, compensation, employee onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, training & development, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement required; experience with benefits administration and payroll would be nice to have
- Experience with HRIS implementation preferred; Paycom experience also preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree nice to have
