What Matters Most:
  • At least 2-3+ years of experience in an office environment required

Your New Role:

Boly:Welch has been retained to find a resourceful and client-focused Front Desk/Legal Assistant for what could be the dream firm. This office works in some fascinating practice areas with clients all over the United States. They need someone who know where to look for answers and makes clients feel like they are being taken care of and welcome. This is a collaborative office, where there are no scheduled meetings besides birthday celebrations, because everyone knows what is going on in the office. Although you’ll probably be happy eating lunch with your coworkers, the office is located right off the MAX line, in easy access to errands and craft coffee.


Your New Organization:

If you’ve been craving a role with a blend of interaction and project-based tasks, here it is. Your new desk will be the front desk, which means you’ll be interacting with people on a daily basis. You’ll also be answering a steady stream of calls from many different time zones—Alaska to the East Coast—, and will need to make every caller feel like they’ve been heard. The rest of the time, you’ll be preforming a host of administrative and legal tasks, such as processing mail, putting together binders, helping out with the filing, and preparing invoices, which can be very complex. Customer service skills alone won’t carry you in this position, because you’ll also need to be proficient and detailed in Excel and timekeeping software. If you’re the type of person that is always seeking to streamline the process and you love keeping track of your projects in different systems, you’re going to love your new role. Curiosity and resourcefulness are hot commodities in this office!
