What Matters Most:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office required; Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite, and Visio preferred
  • Experience proofreading and preparing documents required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
Your New Role:

If you’re looking for a challenge, this Executive Assistant role will provide just enough variety and autonomy to make your days whiz by! You’ll support a new executive who’s focused on business strategy and has a lot of fresh initiatives to implement. They’ll rely on your attention to their most pressing projects, which means you’ll need to be able to see the big picture and map out a course to get to the finish line. Your day-to-day will include tasks like creating complex documents in MS Office, screening calls, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, prepping itineraries, calendaring, scheduling meetings, and coordinating the details for each meeting. There’s a lot of stakeholder interaction involved in this role, so you’ll need to be a highly-effective communicator with a good deal of professional polish. Everything is a moving target on this team, which will be new to you, but is also new to the company. We need someone who’s entrepreneurial, has plenty of confidence, and can build great working relationships with people all over this dynamic organization.
