What Matters Most:
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office required
- Experience with heavy calendaring, scheduling, and travel arrangements required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Your New Role:
If you’re able to work quickly, maintain a good energy, and keep everything organized, we may have just found your next Executive Assistant job! You’ll help this executive get on track by performing calendaring, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel on their behalf. This role also requires a bit more trust than the typical Executive Assistant position, as you’ll also be assisting with some personal support. Additionally, you’ll prep speeches and provide back up support to the receptionist during meal times. They’ll rely on your expertise to respond to key customers, outside partners, and investors that they work closely with. You’re set to make a real impact if you possess flexibility, a positive attitude, and a diligent approach to your work.
