  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience required

  • Experience with heavy travel planning and calendar management required
Your New Role:

This Executive Assistant position with one of our construction clients is perfect for a mid-career candidate looking to focus their efforts on providing seamless assistance to one busy executive. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate domestic travel, and assist with a few other personal matters. This executive will rely on you to be responsive, friendly, and amenable to lending a helping hand with whatever they need. An enthusiastic attitude works best here!
