What Matters Most:
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience with benefits administration, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, training and development, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement required
- Experience implementing and elevating HR technologies preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP preferred
