Your New Role:
Calling all savvy sales leaders! We’re looking to tap into your enthusiasm and expertise for a can’t-miss Assistant Sales Manager role in the heart of Salem. With your extensive knowledge of market values and experience “desking” deals, you’ll be in a prime position to front the sales team at this motorcycle dealership. It’s your responsibility to inspect trade-ins to determine their value and evaluate the pricing and profitability of each sale. You’ll also act as a liaison between the Sales and Finance teams and fill in for the Sales Manager when they’re out of office. You’ll get a commission on your own sales plus an override on the team – a great opportunity to max out your earnings.
