Although this is an administrative role through and through, you’ll never lack for exciting projects and you’ll get to learn all you can about the world of HR. This team really appreciates a hard worker and you’ll definitely be a busy bee, coordinating staffing, proofreading documents, and liaising with potential applicants and existing candidates in an advisory capacity. As you’ll often handle sensitive documents, you’ll need to exercise discretion at all times. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Business Partners, but also serve as a go-between for the HR team and everyone else in the organization – keeping in mind patience and professionalism. Organization is the key to success in this position, but you should also be able to keep up with a varied workload and adapt to changes in priorities. Process-oriented but flexible works best for this crew!
