What Matters Most:
  • 5+ years of accounts payable experience required
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable required
  • Proficiency in MS Office required; Experience with Epicor, Hyland OnBase, Concur, and/or MS Dynamics a plus
  • Software implementation experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A/P supervisory experience accepted in lieu of a degree
Your New Role:

Your new role as an Accounts Payable Supervisor is on the talented team of one of Portland’s most high-profile transportation corporations. You’ll manage a sharp accounts payable team and be in charge of everything from hiring and training to assigning tasks and directing workflow. You’ll control process flow and make sure that everything that comes out of your department adheres to company A/P policies and procedures. In addition to overseeing month-end closing and completing ad hoc reporting for special projects, you’ll regularly communicate with internal and external customers. Your previous experience should be more than enough to help you maintain controls around financial reporting as it relates to GAAP and SOP.
